NewRocket is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Partner to support Delivery and Platform Excellence’s learning priorities and performance goals. Working with company leadership, you will put your talents to work consulting with global functional leaders and the HR team to transform and accelerate business performance and drive employee engagement, growth, and retention, right in the heart of our business! As part of the Talent Enablement and Employee Experience team, this role will partner with senior leaders, subject matter experts, Functional Teams, and external partners to support NewRocket's key priorities in the business that include Crew performance, development, engagement, career growth, and certification strategies. The role will serve as a proactive and responsive 'single point of contact' for internal client groups, providing an end-to-end Center of Excellence experience through Talent Practices and Learning & Development expertise. The Sr Talent Enablement Partner- will design, develop and execute the strategies of three critical areas: Talent Enablement Partner to support global and regional BUs for performance, development, career and engagement planning NewRocket’s global Performance Management, Development Planning, and Career Planning cycles as part of the end-to-end annual Talent Cycle plan.
