We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Talent Development & Learning Manager to own the full lifecycle of employee capability and learning at Brio. In your first 90 days, you’ll be the training and communications lead for our Rippling HCM rollout, creating job aids, facilitating live sessions, and launching a company LMS platform. From there, you’ll build scalable onboarding programs, implement performance management across our companies, and develop our management bench. This role is 60% talent development, 25% project management, and 15% internal communications.
