We help job seekers and career changers prepare for and advance in careers with a focus on sustainable, high-growth, high-demand industries. Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites. This role involves conducting individual assessments, providing career guidance and counseling, and detailed case management for WIOA-eligible job seekers to assist them in preparation for employment that leads to self-sufficiency. The specialist will also authorize and coordinate supportive services, maintain and develop community resource contacts, provide labor market information, ensure contract deliverables are met, and outreach to employers for participant placement in subsidized employment activities. Reporting and documentation are key aspects of this role.
