We help job seekers and career changers prepare for and advance in careers with a focus on sustainable, high-growth, high-demand industries. Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites. This role involves conducting individual assessments, providing career guidance and counseling, and detailed case management for WIOA-eligible job seekers to assist them in preparation for employment that leads to self-sufficiency. The specialist will also assist customers in maintaining eligibility for services, authorize and coordinate supportive services, maintain and develop community resource contacts, provide labor market information, ensure contract deliverables and individual goals are met, outreach employers for subsidized employment, follow-up participant progress, and submit reports on program progress, expenditures, and participant services.
