Smartsheet•Bellevue, WA
•$95,000 - $115,000•Remote

About The Position

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. We are looking for a Talent Development Partner to own Smartsheet's onboarding and career development programs: one connected arc that shapes the employee experience from day one through years of growth here. You'll reimagine a comprehensive onboarding program that welcomes new hires and equips them with the cultural and organizational knowledge to succeed from the start. This role is also responsible for Smartsheet's career development story, building tools like IDP templates, development pathways, and career development courses that help employees see and build a meaningful future at Smartsheet. Throughout, you'll partner closely across the business to make sure our culture is felt in every corner of the company. You will report to the Director of Talent Management. This role is based in our Bellevue office.

  • Build Smartsheet's career development story through consistent and scalable programming, surfacing IDP templates, development pathways, and career development courses.
  • Facilitate live sessions and workshops across Talent Development programs serving as a trusted facilitator for the broader team
  • Partner broadly across the business to ensure onboarding, career development, and connected programs stay aligned with business needs company-wide.
