As a member of the Talent Development team, we are accountable for the recruiting, growth, and development of the organization across multiple states as well as Canada, and growing and supporting the culture at IMS. We manage employee relations, policy administration, talent acquisition and retention, learning & development, and performance management. The TD team handles all of the day-to-day people challenges of the organization, and implements new programs to move IMS forward as an organization through our people. The Talent Development Generalist plays an essential role in supporting IMS employees and the TD team. The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable collaborating at all levels of the organization, and is a strong communicator able to collaborate effectively within a geographically diverse team. You will be interacting with people in a variety of roles, from warehouse associates to account management to customer service to senior leadership, so the ability to switch gears and communicate with people from a variety of backgrounds is important. Additionally, you embody the IMS principles of Passion, Collaboration, Integrity, Inventiveness, and Proactivity. You will be part of a team that strives to provide excellent service and thought leadership to our clients and want to bring your best to the organization and see your work brought to life. You have the ability to switch gears quickly and juggle multiple assignments at a time. As a Talent Development Generalist, your role contributes to the mission and vision at IMS.
