About The Position
Venture Forthe is seeking an innovative, relationship-focused Talent Development & Engagement Specialist to help shape an exceptional employee experience from the moment a candidate applies through their continued growth with our organization. This strategic role combines office recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, learning & development, leadership support, and culture-building.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in HR, recruiting, learning & development, employee engagement, or talent management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and project management skills.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain work authorization without employer sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire office/professional employees.
- Lead onboarding and new hire integration.
- Coordinate retention initiatives for office employees and PCAs.
- Develop In-Service Trainings and Micro Learning.
- Partner with leaders on engagement and culture.
- Analyze recruiting and retention metrics.
- Lead recognition and career development initiatives
