About The Position

As Talent Delivery Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end talent delivery lifecycle across multiple open roles, ensuring that hiring processes move efficiently from role intake through candidate onboarding. You will coordinate closely with recruiting partners, internal stakeholders, and hiring managers to maintain strong candidate pipelines, drive structured hiring processes, and ensure consistent progress across hiring stages. This role requires strong operational leadership, the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously, and the capability to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving recruiting environments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing delivery, or talent operations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing full hiring cycles.
  • Experience working with external recruiting vendors or staffing partners.
  • Experience supporting hiring across both technical roles and business/operational roles.
  • Strong operational and organizational execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong judgment when evaluating candidate alignment and hiring progress.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-moving hiring processes.

  • Experience hiring for technical roles such as engineering, cloud, infrastructure, or data.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end talent delivery lifecycle, from role intake through candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain clear visibility across open roles, candidate pipelines, and hiring stages, ensuring efficient movement from sourcing to hire.
  • Manage and organize candidate pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously, identifying pipeline gaps and collaborating with recruiters to improve candidate flow.
  • Coordinate the interview process, scheduling candidate interviews with internal stakeholders and clients while ensuring timely feedback and hiring decisions.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Work closely with external recruiting partners and staffing vendors, ensuring alignment on role requirements and candidate expectations.
  • Provide actionable feedback to recruiting partners to improve candidate quality and alignment.
  • Build and maintain systems to track open roles, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
  • Establish structured workflows for role intake, candidate evaluation, and interview coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to improve hiring speed, organization, and candidate quality across recruiting operations.
