Talent and Growth Lead (Executive Experiences) The Talent & Growth Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for defining and delivering enterprise wide talent strategies—spanning talent management, leadership development, executive experiences, skills foundations, performance, potential, and succession planning. The team designs integrated, data driven solutions that help the organization know, grow, and prepare its talent, while enabling consistent, scalable practices across all segments. As a Talent and Growth Lead, you’ll be a key partner in creating the future of our executive leadership experiences – designing and delivering cohort based and eventized experiences aligned with Disney's leadership expectations and values. Under the leadership of the Sr. Manager, you will support the creation and delivery of innovative experiences, own individual workstreams, solve problems that address needs across the Enterprise, and bring a depth and breadth of experience and research to solutions. This role is an opportunity for someone who works well in a white space - taking ideas and pivoting to execution. In this role, you’ll work in a highly collaborative environment with cross-functional partners to ensure the global alignment of work while managing budgets, timelines, and logistics to deliver seamless and memorable experiences.
