About The Position

The Talent & Culture Manager plays an integral role in supporting the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department and fostering a positive, engaging, and compliant workplace culture. This position partners closely with departmental leaders and team members to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, and team member engagement initiatives across the property. The Talent & Culture Manager serves as a trusted resource for hourly and management team members alike, ensuring consistency, professionalism, confidentiality, and alignment with Auberge Collection values and service philosophy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent & Culture, preferably within hospitality or luxury hospitality.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems; Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and select non-exempt positions, including posting positions, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer documentation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics including background checks, pre-employment requirements, and orientation scheduling.
  • Support the Team Member Referral Program, including tracking eligibility and processing referral incentives.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a welcoming and organized experience for all team members.
  • Coordinate offboarding procedures including separation documentation, exit processes, and system updates.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance training completion and onboarding records.
  • Process HRIS transactions including new hires, status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations accurately and timely.
  • Support bi-weekly payroll processing in partnership with Finance and department leaders.
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits related to I-9 documentation, personnel files, and compliance tracking.
  • Support leave administration processes, including documentation coordination and communication with team members regarding available resources and next steps.
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment support, and annual open enrollment coordination.
  • Support team member relations by responding to questions, concerns, and workplace matters with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
  • Conduct and document hourly team member investigations and corrective action processes in partnership with department leaders and the Director of Talent & Culture.
  • Assist with accommodations, return-to-work coordination, and other team member support processes as directed.
  • Help maintain positive employee engagement through consistent visibility, approachability, and follow-through.
  • Support property training initiatives including orientation, compliance trainings, service culture programs, and leadership development sessions.
  • Coordinate training logistics, attendance tracking, materials preparation, and communication for Talent & Culture programs.
  • Partner with operational leaders to support ongoing training and development needs across the resort.
  • Assist with planning and execution of team member engagement programs, recognition initiatives, celebrations, and seasonal events.
  • Support employee communication efforts and culture-building initiatives throughout the property.
  • Maintain reporting and tracking related to turnover, engagement initiatives, and other Talent & Culture metrics.
  • Maintain organized and confidential Talent & Culture records, files, and documentation.
  • Ensure the Talent & Culture office remains welcoming, professional, and service-oriented for all team members.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Talent & Culture as needed.
  • Assist with additional projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
