About The Position

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk HR role. As our Talent Coordinator, you’ll lead recruiting for production roles across all five plants—working directly with plant leaders, building candidate pipelines, and keeping hiring moving with urgency. You’ll spend time in our plants, stay close to the work, and play a direct role in shaping our workforce. If you’re energized by fast-paced hiring, connecting with people, and seeing your work show up on the floor every day, this is the role.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring
• Ability to move with urgency and manage multiple roles at once
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in both plant and office environments
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to travel between Foamcraft locations

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Own hourly recruiting across all Foamcraft locations
• Post jobs, source candidates, and build strong pipelines
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with plant leadership
• Keep the hiring process moving quickly and efficiently
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates from application to start
• Partner with plant leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities
• Travel to plants to support hiring and stay connected to the team
• Support onboarding efforts to help new hires succeed from day one
• Track recruiting activity and continuously improve results
