Every hire so far has been run by the founding team. You're our first in-house talent hire. You'll own the machine that keeps hiring moving, working directly with our Strategic Initiatives Lead and COO. The breadth is the point. At a fund, a coordinator supports one desk. Here you'll help hire quants, engineers, and controllers, and also operators, marketers, creatives, and counsel. The full cycle, across every function, from first touch to signed offer. Do this well and the path is obvious: grow to lead our recruiting function alongside the founding team.
