About The Position
The Talent Coordination Specialist at Brightview serves as the first point of contact for our applicants and plays an integral role in representing the employment brand and company values to our frontline applicants! This position will be supporting the Annapolis/Anne Arundel & Baltimore County Regions in Maryland.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless, timely and a positive experience for all candidates, beginning immediately after application.
- Collaborate with multiple communities within a region to streamline the interview process.
- Schedule interviews for multiple hiring managers.
- Screen candidates when needed.
- Travel to communities within the region occasionally and meet with the teams as needed.
- Track multiple candidates for multiple roles with competing demands.
- Provide on-site support to communities during larger scale interview events occasionally.
