This position ensures GWH associates receive services from WFD, strategic partners, and other community resources consistent with the mission, identified outcomes, and each associate's individualized plan outlining a path toward retention and growth. The Talent Coach is responsible for a variety of roles to provide individual associates, and when warranted, their families, with comprehensive, “single point of contact” support as part of a seamless service delivery design. Services provided to associates include life and work coaching, personal and career counseling, work assessments, mediation, coordination and advocacy with organizational and community resources, and case management to achieve self-sufficiency.
