About The Position

Ready to be a Titan? We’re looking for a Talent Business Partner to join our extraordinary Talent Acquisition team as we build the first all-in-one software solution for contractors and accelerate our mission of bringing the best technology to the trades. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing top talent. You’ll collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to navigate nuanced candidate situations, facilitate hiring decisions, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ year(s) of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency, start-up, or corporate environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (docs, sheets, calendar, etc.)
  • Experience using modern recruiting tools: ATS systems (we use Workday), LinkedIn, Indeed, Hiretual, etc.
  • Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • A sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while juggling multiple high-priority positions

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume positions for or Sales organization to meet hiring goals while maintaining best-in-class candidate experience
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout the steps in the entire hiring process
  • Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals while adhering to recruiting processes and procedures
  • Be accountable to yourself, your team, your hiring leaders, and your candidates
