Overview The Talent Partner, Business owns the strategy and execution for scaling our Business teams. You will work independently to hit aggressive hiring targets without compromising on quality of hire. You are responsible for the full hiring lifecycle, serving as the primary talent partner to our leadership teams. Success in this role means building a high-velocity recruiting engine that integrates AI to optimize the overall experience and prioritizes rigor to ensure every hire raises the collective bar. This role is based in our New York City headquarters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Financial Services and/or Fintech or equivalent industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, HR, or equivalent in relevant experience
  • A proven track record in high-growth Fintech or Financial Services, understanding the intersection of modern tech and regulatory rigor.
  • Experience managing recruiters and agencies with a focus on disciplined execution and transparent, data-backed reporting.
  • A proactive approach to using AI tools to streamline the recruiting funnel and a desire to lead a team that does the same.
  • Ruthless Prioritization: The judgment to focus on the high-impact hires that move the business forward, ignoring the noise of low-priority tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the final gatekeeper for quality, ensuring interview loops are rigorous enough to filter for top-tier talent who thrive in a fast, execution-focused culture.
  • Design and iterate on loops that provide a high signal-to-noise ratio; you will ensure we assess critical thinking, domain craft, and operational discipline while delivering a world-class candidate experience.
  • Partner with C-Suite leaders to define "great" for every role, challenging assumptions and refining profiles based on market factors, internal parity, and workforce scale.
  • Lead the implementation of AI tools to automate sourcing, scheduling, and workflows to optimize for time-to-fill, quality of hire, and a frictionless candidate journey.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment for Director and C-Suite leadership roles within your specific business coverage areas.
  • Lead non-US hiring efforts as we scale our international presence across your specific functional areas.
  • Represent DriveWealth at recruiting events and industry conferences to build our talent pipeline and firm reputation.
