About The Position

The Business Partner, Talent Experience will work in partnership to create alignment between People & Culture and assigned division(s)/department(s) with a focus on the Talent Experience. The Business Partner, Talent Experience will provide human resources expertise and consulting to foster a strong, inclusive company culture. The Business Partner, Talent Experience will facilitate key organizational health and engagement initiatives with assigned division(s)/departments. The Business Partner, Talent Experience will effectively coach and facilitate resolution to complex employee relations issues, support people managers in performance management, and advise on talent/succession planning. The Business Partner, Talent Experience will be an ambassador across the organization and is expected to provide exceptional customer service. This position is a member of the Leadership Council. This position is designated as essential and must work during times of emergencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of five years professional HR experience in employee relations.
  • Strong work ethic with a high degree of integrity and mature business judgment.
  • Strong ability to collaboratively engage with leaders and negotiate conflict while maintaining working relationships at all levels is essential.
  • Motivated self-starter, resilient, and able to navigate and lead through change with the ability to manage high volumes of work.
  • Advanced problem solving, time management, decision-making skills, and advanced written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities are required.
  • Mastery in MS Word and Outlook, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM or HRCI Certification is a plus.
