Our employees and clients are at the heart of everything we do. The Role We are looking for an innovative, out-of-the-box candidate who thrives on creativity, human connection, and organization. This hybrid role goes beyond traditional Recruitment and Human Resources. You’ll be the face of the company in the community, bringing our mission to life through in-person events, clinic tours, and engaging experiences that highlight the impactful work of our Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs). In addition to recruiting, this role will provide essential HR department support, helping ensure smooth onboarding, strong internal processes, and positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • A natural connector who enjoys being in front of people and building relationships.
  • Creative, dynamic, resourceful, and not afraid to try new recruiting approaches.
  • Passionate about behavioral health or mission-driven work.
  • Comfortable planning and hosting events—and making them engaging, welcoming, and memorable.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in recruiting or HR is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creative recruiting strategies beyond job boards and resumes
  • Post and manage job openings across job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
  • Source, screen, and guide candidates through a positive hiring experience.
  • Host and support in-person recruiting events, open houses, job fairs, and clinic tours showcasing our culture and the Behavior Technician role.
  • Represent Beyond Behavior Consulting at career fairs, networking events, and community functions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, community organizations, and local talent networks.
  • Partner with clinic leadership to tell the story of our mission, values, and impact.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Continuously experiment with new ideas to attract and engage top behavioral health talent.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee files and HR documentation.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Support employee engagement, rewards and recognition initiatives, and company events.
  • Provide general support to the HR and Administrative team.
