About The Position

Dulcedo Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agent Assistant – Influencer to provide vital support to one of their top-performing Agents. This role offers an opportunity to kickstart a career in talent management at Canada’s largest multidisciplinary agency and learn directly from an experienced agent. The assistant will help drive day-to-day operations by managing client interactions and data in Pipedrive, organizing talent assets, maintaining sales materials, and coordinating meetings and key events. The position also involves talent recruitment, assisting with identifying and onboarding new creators, and supporting outreach to brands and agencies to strengthen strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about influencer marketing and talent development, and enjoys staying organized while juggling multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and ready to grow with a dynamic team.

Requirements

  • Recent graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in PR, marketing, business, communications, and relevant internship experience is a BIG plus!
  • Passionate about influencer marketing and the creator economy, eager to learn and grow
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail—able to thoroughly review communications and stay on top of follow-ups
  • Good eye for talent recruitment and ability to assess quality, authenticity, and influence (QAI)
  • Knowledge of and interest in social media marketing, public relations, collaborations, and sponsorships
  • Excellent time management and strong work ethic, comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • A strong desire to build a career in talent management and influencer marketing

Responsibilities

  • Scout and onboard new talent, including scheduling intro calls and managing forms
  • Manage Pipedrive, keeping sales and talent pipelines accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage calendar and meetings
  • Support client and brand outreach, joining relevant calls and helping with follow-ups
  • Assist with sponsorships and deals, including contract negotiation and invoicing
  • Create and organize sales folders, contracts, and talent assets like quarterly planners
  • Liaise with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Participate in business development meetings, offering input and tracking progress
  • Monitor industry trends and help identify growth opportunities for talent and the agency
  • Contribute to brand-building efforts and ensure client satisfaction through strong communication
