About The Position

Our mission is simple: make hiring awesome for everyone. Reporting to a Team Lead, Talent Acquisition we are hiring a Talent Advisor. As our new Talent Advisor, you will manage recruitment for multiple clients and multiple roles simultaneously. You will guide hiring managers through the recruitment process while ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience from first conversation to offer acceptance. You will work across a variety of industries, clients, and role types - from individual contributors to senior leadership positions. This is an existing vacancy working remotely within Canada in the Eastern time zone. Focus on what you do best. Many recruiting roles expect one person to manage every aspect of the process. Requirements

  • A passion for recruitment. Recruitment experience is helpful but not required. We are open to candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds, including retail leadership, hospitality management, sales, customer success, or other roles that involve relationship-building and problem-solving.
  • Curiosity and critical thinking. You excel at problem solving, seeking to understand challenges, ask thoughtful questions, and develop practical solutions. You are naturally curious, proactive about researching new ideas, and comfortable learning new technologies, tools, and concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment. You will manage searches from role launch through offer acceptance, including needs analysis, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. You will ensure searches move forward efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and candidate engagement.
  • Partner with hiring managers. You will build trusted relationships with hiring managers, helping clarify hiring criteria, sharing market insights, and guiding them through recruitment best practices to support strong hiring decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will ensure candidates receive clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and support throughout the recruitment process, acting as their advocate and maintaining our service level commitments to them through the process.
  • Leverage recruitment technology and tools. You will use technology and automation to expand talent reach, streamline workflows, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
  • Manage multiple client searches. You will work across multiple clients, industries, and role types simultaneously, maintaining momentum across searches and adapting to different hiring processes and expectations.
  • Use data and insights to guide decisions. You will contribute to weekly recruitment reporting and updates, using market insights and hiring data to inform client conversations and support recruitment strategy.
