BJC Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and versatile Talent Advisor to recruit and source for a variety of departments and levels of roles. This role requires an astute ability to work with and communicate with executive leaders, guiding them effectively. The Talent Strategies Team at BJC HealthCare provides a full range of talent acquisition and recruitment support activities for BJC HealthCare across 15 hospitals and community health locations. By acting as a strategic resource for BJC hiring leaders and building strong relationships with internal and external customers, applicants, and candidates, the Talent Strategies Team consults and advises on best practices for bringing talent into the organization, supporting candidates through the hiring process, and delivering an optimal candidate experience.
