About The Position

The US Oncology Network is looking for a remote Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at Texas Oncology. The Talent Acquisition Advisor supports the organization’s hiring needs by delivering high‑quality, full‑cycle recruitment services while developing consultative and strategic recruiting capabilities. This role partners closely with hiring leaders and senior Talent Acquisition Advisors to understand staffing needs, execute effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a positive candidate and hiring leader experience. The Talent Acquisition Advisor owns day‑to‑day recruiting execution, candidate experience, and process compliance, while building skills in talent consulting, labor market awareness, and data‑informed decision‑making. This role blends relationship management, recruiting execution, and process excellence, with exposure to talent strategy, workforce planning, and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring leaders and HR partners.
  • Working knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and employment compliance basics.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as nursing, allied health, or medical technology.
  • Familiarity with healthcare education pipelines and accreditation standards.
  • Experience supporting leaders in complex or high‑volume environments.
  • SHRM, HRCI, or similar professional certification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Conduct resume reviews and initial phone or virtual interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Facilitate structured, skills‑based interview processes and present qualified candidate slates to hiring leaders.
  • Support timely, informed hiring decisions; escalate complex or high‑risk searches to senior Talent Acquisition Advisors as appropriate.
  • Support offer development using established compensation ranges and guidelines; partner with Compensation, HR, and senior advisors on pay positioning and approvals.
  • Deliver verbal offers and coordinate onboarding handoff with HR Operations, ensuring offers are competitive, equitable, and compliant.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring leaders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance on recruiting timelines, candidate availability, and interview best practices.
  • Educate hiring leaders on behavioral and skills‑based interviewing fundamentals.
  • Promote consistent, fair, and effective selection practices aligned with internal guidelines.
  • Build credibility and trust through strong communication, follow‑through, and responsiveness.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to influence hiring strategy with guidance from senior advisors
  • Provide insights on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive practices.
  • Advise leaders on market‑aligned compensation expectations in partnership with Compensation and HR.
  • Educate hiring leaders on tradeoffs related to speed, quality, cost, and candidate availability.
  • Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Texas Oncology, ensuring professionalism, transparency, and respect.
  • Build and maintain relationships with active, passive, and future‑ready talent.
  • Monitor candidate feedback and address concerns to support a positive hiring experience.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruiting workflows in compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure adherence to posting requirements, approvals, and hiring documentation standards, including EEO and OFCCP compliance.
  • Use recruiting metrics, dashboards, and tools (ATS, CRM, scheduling platforms) to track progress and support reporting.
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities; contribute ideas to enhance recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
