About The Position

OnTrac is seeking a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Support II to join their dynamic and expanding company. This role is ideal for someone with empathy, a passion for assisting others, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills. OnTrac is a leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S., serving premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required
• 1–2 years of clerical experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of recruiting and/or onboarding experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support recruitment efforts by coordinating hiring events, job fairs, and new hire orientations in partnership with recruiters and operations teams.
• Manage onboarding processes including background checks, I-9 compliance, adverse action notifications, and completion of all required documentation.
• Ensure HR recordkeeping and onboarding practices meet compliance standards, including DOL, OFCCP, and EEOC requirements.
• Act as a liaison between department heads and recruiters to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring initiatives.
• Assist with HR tasks such as processing new hires, terminations, badge creation, and special projects including referral and sign-on bonuses.
