This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities. The term for this position is Seasonal. The hourly pay range for this position is $21 – $31 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for shift differentials, overtime pay, or other forms of additional compensation, in accordance with applicable Company policies and law.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required
• 1–2 years of clerical experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of recruiting and/or onboarding experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support recruitment efforts by coordinating hiring events, job fairs, and new hire orientations in partnership with recruiters and operations teams.
• Manage onboarding processes including background checks, I-9 compliance, adverse action notifications, and completion of all required documentation.
• Ensure HR recordkeeping and onboarding practices meet compliance standards, including DOL, OFCCP, and EEOC requirements.
• Act as a liaison between department heads and recruiters to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring initiatives.
• Assist with HR tasks such as processing new hires, terminations, badge creation, and special projects including referral and sign-on bonuses.
