This 12-month term position offers hands-on exposure to recruitment activities, including events, labor market research, competitive benchmarking, and employer branding. The student will apply industry-leading talent acquisition practices to build a foundation in the field. The role involves analyzing recruiting metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. This position requires in-person collaboration up to five days a week, with the possibility of changes based on business needs. The successful candidate will be an energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, exhibiting a high standard of excellence, enjoying challenges, and remaining results-driven in a continually evolving business environment. The employee will report to work in person at the WestJet Campus in Calgary.
