This position will be responsible for managing a wide variety of Human Resources tasks including but not limited to hiring, company policy, compensation and benefits and training. The role involves managing the talent acquisition process from start to finish, supporting compensation management, serving as a point of contact for employee benefit plans and leave-related questions, and assisting with employee onboarding, performance review programs, training initiatives, and other HR-related projects.
