Responsible for managing and conducting end-to-end recruiting process: creating job postings, identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and engaging applicants from the initial contact phase to offer negotiation. Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization including hourly positions, engineering, and professional positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a well-developed knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components. In addition, in periods of slow recruiting activity, this position will assist with HR Administrative tasks or other special HR projects.
