Talent Acquisition Specialist – CX, a Connor Group Company We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role supports the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and internal team members. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach to handling recruitment logistics and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or HR-related administrative position.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, systems, and tools.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic recruitment needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday Recruiting (is a plus), and familiarity with social media recruitment strategies.
  • A collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sourcing and identifying talent through multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate relevant reports.
  • Act as a primary or secondary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Post and monitor job opportunities on various career websites.
  • Assist with tracking metrics and performance of the hiring cycle.
  • Regularly communicate status and results.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Director, HR, and hiring managers on recruitment operations, keeping processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Respond to inquiries from candidates and the internal CX stakeholders promptly.
  • Help with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine data.
