About The Position

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including meeting diversity and other recruiting goals. Utilizes various sourcing strategies and resources; builds networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs. This position acts as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers. May travel to various sites to facilitate recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Develops recruitment and communication strategies to enhance the recruiting experience for prospective candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinates with the implementation of strategies for recruiting diverse talent
• Works closely with hiring managers, building trust and credibility as an advisor in the selection process
• Evaluates recruiting pool to identify future sourcing needs and implements proactive recruiting strategies to build candidate pipelines for future vacancies
• Proactively source and network with potential candidates in the marketplace
• Assists in the organizing and logistics of recruitment and marketing events
• Represents the organization internally and externally at events, job fairs, college recruitment functions with a goal of networking/relationship building with potential candidates and community outreach programs
• Ensures recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws
• Assists Talent Acquisition Leadership with development and implementation of specific projects
