The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) partners with store hiring managers to engage and hire the best talent in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate works with General Managers, District Managers, and Operations Managers to source, attract, screen, interview, hire, and onboard Blake’s store-level employees. This position requires reporting to the office, occasional time in the field recruiting, and conducting in-person, virtual and phone interviews. In addition, the TAS assists candidates throughout their onboarding experience by liaising with hiring managers and employees to ensure a positive and complete onboarding experience. This position reports directly to the Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager.
