About The Position

At Affirmed Home Care, we are redefining what quality home care looks like by delivering compassionate, concierge-level services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of our pediatric clients and their families. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Pediatric Medicaid Division in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruitment for our Pediatric Medicaid Division, focusing on attracting, hiring, and onboarding qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting healthcare professionals, a strong understanding of compliance requirements, and a passion for helping build high-performing clinical teams. This is a full-time, in-office position in Rochelle Park, New Jersey.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of homecare recruiting experience, specifically recruiting RNs and LPNs
  • Pediatric or Medicaid recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong sourcing and social recruiting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Pediatric or Medicaid recruiting experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of Affirmed Home Care's Pediatric Medicaid Division through strategic recruiting efforts
  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified RNs and LPNs
  • Manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
  • Develop community partnerships through nursing schools, job fairs, professional organizations, and networking events
  • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
  • Ensure all hires meet New Jersey Medicaid requirements and Affirmed Home Care standards
  • Consistently achieve weekly hiring goals, including onboarding a minimum of five fully cleared nurses per week
  • Assist in conducting new hire orientations and facilitate a positive onboarding experience
  • Promote employee referral programs and support engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
