Talent Acquisition Specialist
About The Position
Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs. You'll focus on recruiting top talent across Engineering, Product, and Design, partnering directly with hiring managers and company leaders to help us scale. This is a hands-on recruiting role. We're not looking for someone focused on HR, legal, or primarily sales hiring. We want someone who enjoys finding exceptional technical talent, building strong relationships, and thriving in a fast-moving startup where everyone jumps in to help. We're looking for someone who has recruited in startup environments before and is comfortable wearing multiple hats, moving quickly, and figuring things out as they go.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at startups or fast-growing technology companies.
- Strong experience hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Visual Designers.
- Experience working in small, fast-paced startup environments where priorities change quickly.
- A strong sourcer who enjoys finding great passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially with data integrity in our Ashby ATS!
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders.
Nice To Haves
- Experience recruiting Product Marketing or other GTM roles.
- Experience recruiting for AI, SaaS, or consumer technology companies.
- Experience using Ashby ATS.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and founders to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage outstanding passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Manage multiple searches while delivering excellent candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
- Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
