About The Position

We are one of the largest home improvement service providers for The Home Depot. We handle Home Depot's kitchen installations from Pennsylvania to Maine. We are headquartered out of York Pa. We are currently seeking a full-time individual in our service department. You don’t need to be an expert in remodeling – a basic understanding of construction is sufficient. We will provide the necessary training. SERVICE COORDINATOR Job Duties: Scheduling and coordinating needed services for our kitchen customers. Communicating with customers on any needed service requests. Conducting site visits on services. Auditing material orders for upcoming jobs. Assisting the Installation Manager. Requirements

Professional phone skills (good vocabulary)
Fundamental understanding of construction basics (can read a tape measure)
Must be able to type proficiently (use of computer to place orders and send emails)
Experience using email, smart phones, shared calendars, and other technology
Physically capable of moving materials in a warehouse and using basic construction equipment (drills, table saws, etc)
