The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for marketing GT Independence as a great place to work and marketing GT as a great member of the community. The TAS has the ability to handle a workload to make sure that we are recruiting outstanding talent with a high standard of customer service and accuracy in data, clerical, administrative and management positions throughout the company. The TAS interfaces with external candidates and key internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers, HR colleagues) to support the full lifecycle for recruitment.
