About The Position
Automated Health Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment and employee lifecycle activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- 3–5 years of HR or recruitment experience required
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, or recruiting platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Responsibilities
- Manage job postings, sourcing, and candidate screening
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- Coordinate interviews and support candidate selection
- Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
- Maintain applicant records within ATS systems
- Support HR compliance and documentation audits
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and recruiting initiatives
