About The Position

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support the continued expansion of Teltonika in the United States. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong local teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions. This position is heavily focused on full-cycle recruitment, proactive headhunting, sourcing, and talent mapping, requiring a recruiter who can effectively identify, engage, assess, and hire passive candidates across the United States and Latin America. The ideal candidate is a resourceful talent hunter with strong a strong track record of building candidate pipelines from scratch, and experience recruiting across diverse markets and cultures. Experience hiring for both the U.S. and LATAM regions is highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and headhunting, with a strong ability to identify, approach, and convert passive candidates.
  • Strong headhunting and talent mapping skills, with the ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. states and markets; exposure to Latin American recruiting is a plus.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and drive effective hiring decisions.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates across the United States through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across sales, engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research activities to identify top talent in target industries and geographic regions.
  • Support occasional recruitment and sourcing initiatives across Latin America, partnering with local stakeholders when required.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets.
