About The Position

Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is seeking a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People Experience team. This role will support hiring across multiple brands and involves building relationships, connecting people with opportunities, and creating great experiences. The specialist will partner with business leaders to identify and attract top talent, playing a key role in shaping teams and developing their career in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for multiple brands across the Americas
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including role discovery, interview planning, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Source candidates using multiple recruitment channels and online sourcing techniques
  • Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates against role requirements
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare interview schedules, and provide supporting documentation
  • Manage recruitment administration and maintain accurate candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal and provincial employment legislation, regulations, and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Support recruitment decision-making through effective candidate assessment and candidate market insights
  • Manage multiple priorities and recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices, processes, and candidate engagement strategies
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
