The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a high-performing individual contributor responsible for delivering enterprise-wide full life cycle recruitment in a highly regulated, dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast paced environment. This is a high-impact, strategic individual contributor role. You will own hiring outcomes across critical business areas while also helping shape talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and recruiting infrastructure.
