The Insurance Council of British Columbia is the regulatory organization that licenses and regulates the activities of over 50,000 life and general insurance agents, general insurance salespersons, insurance adjusters, and restricted insurance agents in British Columbia. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle. The incumbent will work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies across the organization. This role is responsible for delivering a positive and seamless candidate experience, including drafting job postings, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting background and reference checks to ensure a smooth onboarding process. This is a 12-months contract role.
