This role serves as a trusted partner to hiring managers across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate functions, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist develops proactive recruitment strategies, leverages technology and data analytics to improve hiring outcomes, and supports workforce planning initiatives in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
