About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the HR Director and is responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to support the organization's strategic workforce needs. This role serves as a trusted partner to hiring managers across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate functions, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist develops proactive recruitment strategies, leverages technology and data analytics to improve hiring outcomes, and supports workforce planning initiatives in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. At Leiters Health, you won’t just be filling roles; you’ll be shaping the workforce behind a rapidly growing, FDA-regulated pharmaceutical organization that directly impacts patient care nationwide. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, evolving environment where recruiting is strategic (not transactional) and where your work directly influences organizational capacity, quality, and performance. You’ll join a team operating at the intersection of growth and transformation. With near-term expansion plans and increasing hiring demand across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and corporate functions, you will help build scalable recruiting strategies that support both immediate needs and long-term workforce planning. We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys building in a thế dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing urgency with strategy, thrives in a fast-moving setting, and is motivated by the opportunity to directly influence organizational growth and capability.
