About The Position

Ford Office Technologies is growing; we are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with attracting top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Create and post job descriptions, promote the company's brand, and ensure that the organization is presented attractively to potential candidates. Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interview processes with hiring teams. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings. Manage applicant tracking system.

Requirements

  • 2 + years proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An initiative-taking, people-focused mindset
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
