About The Position

RS&H is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Information Technology recruiting efforts. This position may work remotely, in-office, or in a hybrid environment. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent for a variety of IT-related positions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build candidate pipelines, provide market insights, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while helping meet immediate business staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting or staffing experience.
  • Experience recruiting for IT, technology, or related technical positions.
  • Proven ability to source, qualify, and engage candidates in a competitive talent market.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing recruiting consultation throughout the hiring process.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and recruiting best practices, including OFCCP requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technology-related positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications and alignment with position requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technology professionals through networking, sourcing, and relationship management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, providing guidance to hiring teams throughout the selection process.
  • Lead candidate communications and offer negotiations.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress, market trends, and candidate availability.
  • Support improvements to recruiting processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable employment regulations and company policies.
