About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist works as a business partner across business units for the full life cycle of recruiting. Critical to the success of this role is identifying the right people aligning to the Company’s vision and goals for growth.

Requirements

  • Requires strong understanding of recruiting and hiring process
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requisitions and/or projects simultaneously
  • Ability to earn trust of Hiring Managers and become a valuable resource to them
  • Ability to source hard to fill positions at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of successful recruiting practices and ability to be creative in recruiting efforts for hard-to-find skill sets
  • Must be able to relate and communicate well with individuals at all levels, both internal and external to the organization
  • Must have the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet
  • Ability to work as both a leader and member of a team
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics
  • Minimum 3 years experience in full cycle Corporate or Agency recruiting
  • Broad experience recruiting candidates from entry level to Director or VP level

Nice To Haves

  • Ideal candidate will have a strong Recruiting background, as well as experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Prefer experience in sourcing talent for field based, remote employees in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Manager, Human Resources to support short and long-term business objectives regarding staffing, including an understanding of job duties and project goals
  • Lead Hiring Managers through the recruiting process upon initiation of the Requisition
  • Qualify candidates against detailed job descriptions through resume reviews, phone and personal interviews
  • Make recommendations to Hiring Managers for qualified candidates
  • Source candidates from a variety of sources, including job boards, employee referrals and online resources
  • Coordinate, schedule and attend interviews
  • Promote USWM in a positive manner as an employer of choice in the specialty pharmaceutical industry
  • Perform all recruiting activities within EEOC guidelines and document all decisions for Affirmative Action Reporting
  • Document and provide metrics for the review of Executive leaders
  • Document all candidate activity in the ATS
  • Perform other HR Generalist duties as business need grows
  • Participate in special projects as requested
