The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities supporting corporate and program hiring initiatives. This position manages multiple requisitions simultaneously while developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process.
