This role is responsible for sourcing top talent, managing the end-to-end hiring process in the US, conducting HR interviews, and collaborating with country managers on recruiting strategies. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience recruiting in tech companies larger than 150 employees.
• Experience in GTM recruiting is a must.
• Experience with AI sourcing tools.
• Experience hiring in fast-paced, high-growth companies.

Responsibilities

• Source for top-notch talented candidates and create a pipeline for various positions.
• Manage end-to-end hiring in the US.
• Conduct HR interviews.
• Work closely with country managers to align priorities and regional recruiting strategies.
