Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience (HR diploma or in progress is a bonus!)
  • 2–4 years of recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of building proactive sourcing strategies that deliver results.
  • Tech-savvy and social media smart—bonus points for ATS experience.
  • Confident negotiator with experience in salary discussions.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Quick thinker with a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • Able to juggle multiple roles and priorities like a pro.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS tools.
  • Stellar communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

  • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process with confidence.
  • Evaluate resumes, schedule interviews, and keep the hiring process smooth and efficient.
