About the role This role contributes to full-cycle recruitment across the Americas, supporting hiring efforts in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil. Working closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers, the position helps connect talented professionals with opportunities across corporate, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting corporate, engineering, manufacturing, or technical roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions across regions
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting or a similar applicant tracking system
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries within the Americas
  • Knowledge of employment laws in the United States; exposure to Mexico or Brazil is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the Americas, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Screen and assess candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers in alignment with compensation guidelines and internal approvals.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within Workday and ensure proper documentation.
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies across the Americas.
  • Support onboarding coordination to facilitate a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
