About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to take the reins of our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This isn't just a role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist; it’s a role for a process owner. You will be the face of the company for every candidate, the strategic partner for every hiring manager, and the architect of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). From the first "Hello" to the first day of orientation, you own the experience.

Requirements

  • Manage the entire candidate journey: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess cultural fit, technical aptitude, and salary alignment.
  • Lead "kick-off" meetings for new roles and provide weekly data-driven updates on pipeline health
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to find candidates in a competitive market.
  • Coach managers on interviewing best practices and legal compliance.
  • Draft and extend offer letters, handling negotiations with transparency and tact.
  • Serve as the Administrator for our ATS, ensuring 100% data integrity and workflow efficiency.
  • Automate repetitive tasks (email templates, scheduling) to keep the "time-to-hire" lean.
  • Transition candidates into employees by leading orientation ensuring they feel welcomed from day one.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience: 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (In-house preferred)
  • Expertise in managing an ATS
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
