The Human Resources Specialist serves as a strategic partner to the HR Team, Managers and Employees across campus and community-based programs, delivering comprehensive human resources support aligned with organizational goals. The role provides guidance and execution across talent acquisition, onboarding, and training ensure effective and consistent HR practices. Working closely with the HR Business Partners, Director of Human Resources and VP of Human Resources, the Human Resources Specialist plays a key role in advancing recruitment strategies. The position is responsible for managing critical recruitment and onboarding processes and maintaining data integrity across HR systems.
