About The Position
Wiese USA, a leading dealer of Cat® Lift Truck equipment and warehouse management solutions for over 80 years, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their corporate team in St. Louis. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various corporate and branch operational positions. The main objective is to actively source and recruit high-caliber candidates to expand the company's team.
Requirements
- Willingness to cold call potential candidates sourced through online databases.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, various job boards, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to enthusiastically promote the company to potential employees.
- Ability to work from the office located at I-170 and Olive Blvd in Saint Louis.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates who fit the company culture.
- Manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' job experience, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities.
- Consult with hiring managers to recommend suitable candidates.
- Provide candidates with information about the company, its culture, and benefits.
